 Nora Dinzelbacher's tenth annual Nora's Tango Week. Featuring World Class Argentine Tango Masters;
This Thursday starts 10 days of workshops, Milongas and two special performance nights - Presenting a superior and inspirational program for tango enthusiasts of all levels. Nowhere else in the Bay Area can you absorb yourself in tango so thoroughly. Meet other tango fanatics from all over the world (from as far away as Japan).
Also at tango week you are able to book private lessons with the visiting tango masters

Because every client is unique...
For the initial consultation After getting an idea of my clients needs and budget. Many designs began with a base concept and using my creative process I mold a finished product that is unique and functional.
How your personality and performance is enhanced by the design of your dress;
Most of my clients being performers and choreographers are artistic and creative. Often they will approach me with a strong vision of how they want to portray their image for that performance/music. I will make suggestions for fabrics styling features that combined with their figure type will give a unique look. The design process sometimes is somewhat organic, making additions, changes and decoration along the way. Unlike an off the rack throughout the custom design process there are important stages of client approval and fitting for proportion and ease of movement.

Great open air event in the center of San Francisco. Starting at 2pm - Performances by local dancers and techers followed a free introductory lesson and milonga at 3pm - followed by DJ dancing until the batteries give out on the boom box. It's your chance to dance outside!!! meet techers and pick up info on all Tango events in the Bay Area. This is a part of San Francisco Parks & Trust's "Jewels in the Square" program for Union Square Park.

Buying Custom Shoes in Argentina

 Getting the most out of your buying trip can take a little preparation. But with a little forethought and research ahead of time you can go with a mini notebook of tools that will enable you to make better choices. Matching colors - A sure fire way to match a favorite dress is to get paint swatch cards from the DIY store. You can mark of all the nearest options or coordinating color possibilities.
Unique ideas - Research online designer shoes, unusual leather finishes, fashion and color trends that you may like to incorporate.
Having these tools when you are there will prevent you from feeling overwhelmed or buying shoes that don't enhance your wardrobe.

Garment Care

 Pre-washed / Pre-shrunk fabrics
It is preferable to do this for some fabrics as long as it will not change the texture of the fabric. We do this mainly knits so that they are washable. Its useful for heavy wear garments you want to throw in the machine. On some fabrics it may change the handle we always test first to ensure that you are Ok with any changes due to excessive shrinkage. There is a labour/time charge for this.
